Do you have questions about your water equipment or installation? Here are some common customer questions that we receive by phone or email. 5 gallons of water at installation/ the system will maintain the water level from then on.
Water will be above the salt but below the overflow elbow at maximum height. The minimum water level should be no less than 1/3 of the brine tank.
Measure the width of the pipe with a ruler.
We make it easy. Our equipment arrives ready to use upon installation. However, some customers prefer to start a manual 'regeneration' to check over their work for potential connection leaks.

Once unit is installed pour sanitization packet into the brine tank. Set the softener to 'Regeneration'. Regeneration will trigger the softener to siphon the sanitize solution from the brine tank. The sanitize solution will flush through the system. Add a sanitize solution every 5 years.

Add approximately 8" to water softener mineral tanks with Fleck valve is installed.
We use 3 primary grades of resin. 8% & 10% cross link resin for both City & Well water sources and Fine mesh resin for iron removal from Well water sources. Below is a micro video clip to show you what our 10% cross link resin beads look like:
